Thalissa Van de Lagemaat recently gave “lost in the music” a whole new meaning.

After the Dutch-hailing Lagemaat went f the grid after having her identification stolen, her family began to worry. Their worries increased even more when she didn’t return to the Netherlands on October 31 as originally planned.

Naturally, when her family hadn’t heard from her they turned to social media, where eventually, Lagemaat got in touch.

As it turns out, she simply got lost in the music. Lagemaat ensured her family she was alright by posting a link to the free festival she was at in Santa Fe, Granada, on her Facebook.

Sometimes these things happen. Certainly, getting lost in the music is an easy feat, but next time— a note might suffice.
