Echos has released Euphoria, the first single from the highly anticipated album Even Though You’re Gone. Known for pouring large glasses of Emo-nade the Pacific North West duo of Tal Richards and Lexi Norton have been ripping at heart strings for years. Echos dynamic sound comes from the combination of Tal’s complex production and heartfelt lyrics that are brought to the forefront by the unfeigned hurt behind Lexi's vocals.

Euphoria begins with vocal chops draped over synths. Right from the first line “You talk a lot of shit for somebody who’s sorry now” you get feeling Lexi held nothing back. Light trap snare and hi-hats bring a bit of anxiety to this doleful track. Tal highlights the perfect notes creating a somber vibe that is matched by the intensity of content and delivery of the vocals in this emotional tale. Listen to this amazing track below.

Lyrics
You talk a lot of shit
For somebody who’s sorry now
If I’m a habit that you miss
Take a hit, I’m euphoria

This is everything I wanna say
But can’t say yet
And everything I wanna change
But can’t change yeah
You’re looking for someone to blame
I won’t take it (I,I)

I gave you all my blood
At the start of this war
And even though you’re gone
Oh I’m still waiting for your love
Waiting for your love

And I gave you all my blood
At the start of this war
And even though you’re gone
Oh I’m still waiting for your love
Waiting for your love

Thanks for calling me
On my birthday
To say I was wrong
I hope you swallow me
When you’re in between
Your broken thoughts

This is everything I wanna say
But can’t say yet
And everything
I wanna change
But can’t change yeah
You’re looking for someone to blame
I won’t take it, (I, I)
