Phrva Unveils Explosive Debut EP: ‘Crave’

Phrva has cemented himself as one of the most exciting breakthrough bass artists of 2024. In just over a year, Phrva has gained major support from the likes of Four Tet, Zeds Dead, Peekaboo, and Subtronics and even joined Tape B on his recent tour.

There’s been a lot of anticipation as to when he would be debuting original music, and the wait is now over, as fans can now stream his debut EP – Crave. The EP serves as a bold introduction to Phrva’s ability to blend massive low-end with a hypnotic grooves across three tracks.

‘Crave‘ kicks off with “Is It All,” a heavy, low-end stunner packed with deep, warbling basslines and a swaying rhythm that pulls listeners into a gritty, entrancing soundscape.

“Mind” follows, injecting its own wonky yet precise riff work.

“More” caps off the EP, bringing a haunting intensity with its eerie vocal refrain, “always want more.” It builds into a suspenseful ambiance that erupts in a powerful, energy-filled drop.

If one thing is for sure, ‘Crave‘ encapsulates Phrva’s talent for creating bass-driven tracks that are equally hard-hitting and danceable and we can’t wait to hear more.
