Ekcle Pearl has released one of the most unique and badass sounding songs
of 2020 thus far. For fans of eclectic trap music in the vein of Hudson Mohawke or Medasin, look no further. On “Pearl Jigsaw” I found myself playing this one back various times (currently on my 5th listen) due to how often it changes up it's style but still stays in it's lane of amazingly versatile hip-hop infused electronic music. UK tandem Harvey Carter and Jack Angel like to do things differently. Blatant disregard for time signatures fused with a penchant for coalescing a diverse mixture of styles; each Ekcle composition could easily represent an extended play in its own right.
