Last week, I posted about how the Avicii documentary
could possibly be coming again. The documentary was pulled from Netflix shortly after the artist's loss of life. Now, the documentary is certified for Oscar consideration.Director and producer Levan Tsikurishvili took to Instagram to share what the qualification means to him and everybody concerned with the movie.
“This documentary hasn’t left a single individual emotionally untouched and even when some recollections are very painful for me to look at, I’m very proud and grateful that we did it,” says Tsikurishvili on his Instagram publish. “Importance of searching for each other has by no means been extra necessary than NOW, and I DO hope that we’ve modified SOMETHING to the higher on this trade, particularly for the youthful era.”
We do not know if Tsikurishvili's final publish was insinuating this qualification or if the documentary was actually coming again to Netflix. Either manner, we're enthusiastic about all of it.
