There's a new group on my radar with the perfect sound to close out winter and welcome in sunny spring. I'm talking about the electronic/pop-dance duo, Sundial, who just released this blissful cut “who cares!” Although I haven’t been up to date with these two, I’ll certainly have my eyes on them after hearing the new one. “who cares!” has a tropical feel with a bunch unique instruments.
