Bass Coast co-founder Andrea Graham AKA The Librarian returns to the forefront of electronic music by crossing D&B with half-time bass music for her new hauntingly, beautiful single, “Blue Tusk”. This track was released just ahead of Bass Coast 2019, where The Librarian will make her Boiler Room debut on July 13.
“Blue Tusk” is one of the first singles The Librarian has released since a brief hiatus focusing on event curation and the growth of Bass Coast and it was absolutely worth the wait. The track is powerful yet subtle and shows off the Librarian’s diverse producing skills.
Fans will recognize The Librarian’s signature sound in the melodic passages and dark bass line.

Inspired by sounds from Sam Binga, Om Unit, and Ivy Lab, The Librarian’s performances have traversed the globe, from Bassnectar’s NYE360 and Shambhala to tours in India, Central America and Australia, and most recently at Electric Forest.

On top of pioneering a new age of half-time bass, Graham is a celebrated festival curator whose influence in the bass world extends internationally. Her very own Bass Coast was recently awarded DJ Mag’s “Best Boutique Festival,” who described the event as “collaborative, immersive and built with love.”
