We are entering another golden age of house music. While the focus of many producers throughout the late 2000's and early 2010's was electro and big room bangers, fans have once again come around to appreciating the more subtle genres. Labels like CONFESSION and Dirtybird have led the charge of reintroducing quality house music to the masses, and with its revival, many new artists have stepped up to the plate to demonstrate their skills set.

An artist new on the scene with an air of mystery is Bonez. With only one release on his Spotify catalog, this masked entity is working to redefine house music by refocusing it on the golden era of production. In his first release, ‘Iltwyd' Bonez features elements instantly recognizable to that of the brilliant productions of the early late 90's and early 2000's.

Scratching, industrial grade grooves are laid down as this gem develops over the course of three and a half minutes. It is a serious little record that has not garnered near the amount of attention it deserves. Check it out below and stayed tuned because it seems that Bonez is just getting started. His debut EP is due out by the end of the year.
