Dublin’s popular nightclub Hangar has closed down

As today, Dublin’s popular dance music destination has closed down in order to make way for a new hotel in the city’s creative quarter.

A unique venue in regards to Dublin’s electronic music scene, it has been known that the venue would soon be coming to a close and sadly, that time has come.

The venue posted a heartfelt thank you to its fans Facebook, ensuring them that “This is only a minor hiccup in Hangar’s story” and that “Hangar 2.0 is just around the corner (both literally and figuratively)” and that news their new venue would be coming soon.
