Mixcloud recently released the statistics for the most searched genres by US state for 2017. Apparently, Mixcloud figured out the users most searched terms and then correlated that data to the US state that the search came from.
As you can tell from the chart below, tropical house was most popular in Hawaii, trance music was most popular in Alaska, reggae was the most popular in California and Texas ruled with hip hop. Check out all the results below.
