With his latest release, Soleil Carrillo is channeling the raw, untamed energy of the jungle into a sophisticated house music package. Titled 'House Music A Vida Toda'—which translates from Portuguese to 'House Music All Life Long'—the track serves as a radiant transmission of the artist's commitment to the genre. "When people listen to this, I want them to channel the hype that the song intends to deliver. I want people jumping and feeling the jungle-like rhythm," Carrillo shares regarding the inspiration behind the record.

The production process for the track was deeply intentional. Carrillo notes that he drew significant inspiration from the percussive mastery of Keys N Crates. While the track eschews the conventional clap and snare patterns typically found on the 2 and 4 beats, it maintains a driving electronic pulse. "For each build and drop, I introduce new elements such as the hi-hat in the second build and drop or the siren in the third build and drop. I used a very low tom to complement the sub-bass line to give the low end some mmphh," he explains. The release is bolstered by a variety of versions, including a standout tech-house interpretation by Kebab & Cream.
Carrillo’s rise has been marked by a consistent presence in the scene, including a residency at Upstairs in Victoria, British Columbia. His ability to command a crowd has led to high-profile support slots for artists like AYYBO, as well as notable appearances at the Amsterdam Dance Event and a Coachella satellite party.

Drawing from his Panamanian roots and his time spent splitting his life between the Americas and Europe, Carrillo continues to refine a sound that is uniquely his own. His recent collaborations with house music stalwarts like Ron Carroll and Terri B! have already made waves on the Traxsource charts, cementing his status as a rising force in the global house music culture.
Beyond his solo work, Carrillo is also one half of the brother-sister duo SOLISA alongside Isa Carrillo. The pair is set to make their highly anticipated Ibiza debut on April 23 at the venue VYBE, under the curation of Head Studios and Meritocracy Records.

The release arrives via Carrillo Music Group, a label with an 18-year history of championing house music legends including Ralphi Rosario, Rosabel, Eddie Amador, and Eric Redd. With the label consistently recognized as one of the top 10 dance labels in the United States by Billboard, the future looks bright for both the imprint and its latest star.
