It is one the best common arguments against EDM – “Those DJs aren't real musicians”. In the haters defense they do have a point for a handful artists, but the truth is most big names acts are truly gifted instrumentalists. One the most brilliant artists when it comes to instrumentation is Zedd. His hooks and melodies are always beautifully original and powerfully emotional.
