It’s always sad when you lose a parent – speaking as someone who lost his father five years ago, the feeling loss never really goes away completely, it only gets better. Today, the talented producer/DJ Tipper has lost his own father, and put out a beautiful new song “Cloaked” as tribute.
The notes swim amongst each other, playfully interacting with the melody and squelching bass synths, percussion providing an amorphous backbone to the whole ordeal. It’s an enticing and beautiful song, a wonderful tribute to a man we can only assume had a pround effect on his son.
