We’re back with another month of expertly curated—though not exhaustive—lists of some of the best Organic House music that dropped in August 2024. As always, I focus on highlighting smaller, more underground artists from lesser-known labels while also sprinkling in some of the genre’s heavy hitters. This month’s selection features artists releasing on everything from smaller labels like Sounds of Sirin to the biggest names in the game like All Day I Dream, and everything in between.

So, sit back and follow the playlist below to get all of this month’s curations in one easily accessible place. Plus, dive into the longer descriptions of the tracks below for a deeper look at what makes these songs stand out. There’s a lot of great music, and we’re constantly on the move to find the best of it for you. Let’s dive into the best Organic House music of August 2024.

Obbie – Dendro

Paris-based producer Obi has been on an absolute tear lately, and his latest track, “Dendro,” continues that momentum. The syncopated bassline and the drifting melody really caught my attention from the moment the track kicked in, and I’ve had it on repeat all week. It’s no wonder why Sebastien Leger and other All Day I Dream powerhouse players have been supporting this guys music for years now! It’s def got that sound.

Kerem Bell – Bora

“Bora” by producer Kerem Bell definitely leans into that Afro-house vibe, with patient percussion, a warm and groovy feel, and a strong focus on melody. The fantastic piano chord progression really stands out, and I’ve had it on repeat since it hit my radar in the latter half of August.

I highly recommend checking it out, along with more of Kerem Bell’s productions in general. That vocal line that comes in around the minute mark is pure bliss.

Melarmond, SE:VER – Open Your Eyes

When I heard the track “Open Your Eyes,” I was astounded by the size of these artists’ profiles, considering they’re producing some of the best underground Organic House tracks right now. After scoping through their discography, it’s clear that “Open Your Eyes” isn’t just a one-hit wonder. Melarmond and SE:VER have a consistent track record of creating amazing, melodically driven Organic House music, and they’ve definitely gained a new fan in us. “Open Your Eyes” has been a hit since its release on August 9th, already racking up a few thousand plays.

Hopefully, this article will help bring it even more attention

Tato Seco – Oxidean (Paul Hazendonk Remix)

Argentina has one of the most popping dance music scenes in the game right now, and so when an artist can cut through that noise, it really means they’re onto something special. And Tato Seco is definitely on that trajectory with his track Oxidian, which dropped the very first Friday of the month, August 2nd. And while the original is definitely a standout track, Paul Hazendonk’s remix really takes the original and brings a far more club-friendly, organic house vibe to the track. It’s been on repeat for me this entire month, and I think you should have it on repeat.

Dennis Keim – Organic Journey

Dennis Keim may be a relatively new face in the game, with only a handful of releases over the past four or five years since his debut. But don’t let that fool you—his sound is nuanced, mature, and highly detailed, showcasing the kind of complexity you’d expect from producers with decades of experience. His track “Organic Journey” is a perfect example of this. I’m a bit bummed I hadn’t discovered him earlier, as he only just hit my radar with the release of “Organic Journey” midway through the month.

But since then, I’ve been rinsing his music consistently. He’s definitely a massive talent, or at least on track to become one.

Juanma Sanchez – Sweet Disposition

Ever since Temper Trap released their remix competition for “Sweet Disposition” a few years ago, the track’s vocal has become inescapable, with people using it in various ways—whether in official remixes, bootlegs, flips, or other creative takes.

Juanma Sanchez recently released his own version of “Sweet Disposition,” which features the vocal heavily, continuing that momentum. He really locks in the timeless nature of the vocal, further reinforcing the marketing power and exposure Temper Trap gained by offering it as a free download during the remix competition years ago.

This track hits home, has that organic vibe we’ve come to love, and definitely deserves a spot on this list.

South Bloom – Daje Daje Daje

Usually, I try to avoid featuring multiple tracks from the same VA, EP, or similar projects, but Sounds of Sirin puts on an absolute masterclass in curation with their “Sounds of Sirin Volume 10,” which dropped on August 9th. Every track is a standout, and it was tough to narrow my picks down to just two for this list.

However, South Bloom’s “Dajé, Dajé, Dajé” easily earns its spot with its drifting vocal, club-friendly percussion, and warm, organic drums. This release is a masterclass not only in production on the artist’s side but also in curation on the label’s side.

Shai T – We Will Dance Again

It’s that time of year again when All Day I Dream drops its summer sampler, and unlike many other VAs that often feature B-list releases, All Day I Dream really brings out some of their heaviest-hitting artists for these compilations. Shai T is a perfect example of this.

As one of the biggest artists on the All Day I Dream lineup, his track “We Will Dance Again” is a standout in the Organic House scene and a fantastic inclusion on this VA. I know I usually avoid featuring multiple releases from a single VA or EP in these monthly roundups, but when it comes to All Day I Dream and their seasonal samplers, it’s nearly impossible to resist. This leads perfectly into the next release on the list.

JFR – Lasa

Despite the All Day I Dream summer sampler being packed with some of the biggest talents on their roster, JFR’s track “LASA” easily stands out as my favorite of the entire compilation. That’s saying a lot, especially when you have heavyweights like Shy T on the same release. “LASA” embodies all the qualities you’d expect from an All Day I Dream track—on par with artists like Tim Green and Sebastien Leger—yet it brings an even warmer, bigger, and more club-friendly vibe.

This track shows that JFR is punching well above his weight class and is on track to become one of the biggest players in the scene, even though his profile is still relatively small. Coming from the highly competitive and often oversaturated Argentinian scene, the fact that he’s cutting through that noise is a clear sign that he’s on the right track to do something really special in the coming years. Definitely one to keep an eye on.

M.O.S., Krasa Rosa, Leonid Sivelkin – On Strings Of Love (Stan Tone Remix)

Krasa Rosa and M.O.S. have been on an absolute tear over the past few years, crafting complex, club-friendly compositions that feature intricate chord progressions and soaring string melodies—elements that many other producers struggle to replicate. Their latest track, “On the Strings of Love,” received a tasteful remix by Stan Tone, which continues this momentum.

Stan Tone’s remix adds a warmer, punchier, and more club-friendly vibe, bringing the original release into a new light. I’ve had Crossa Rosa on repeat for years now, and the Stan Tone remix only deepens my appreciation for them. This track continues to fuel my admiration for all the artists on this list.

Edan Rivers – Often

One of my favorite parts of curating this list is diving deep into the record crates and digital service providers to uncover incredible, undiscovered acts making outstanding progressive or Organic House music.

Idan Rivers is a perfect example of how rewarding that search can be. He’s a classically trained percussionist with African, Eastern, and Middle Eastern influences, and his background in world music shines through in his dance music productions. His work often leans more towards ambient, soaring, and intimate sounds, which contrast with the more club-friendly tracks on this list.

That contrast only makes his music stand out even more, showcasing a true masterclass in production within this genre.

Tez Cadey – Seve 2.0 (Lunch Rework)

I’m a sucker for a good piano progression in Organic House music, and Luch’s rework of Tez Cadey’s track “Seve 2.0” is a perfect example of why. The track is warm and intimate, with drums that aren’t overproduced, serving as the perfect foundation for the tasteful chord progression.

There’s also some lighter, syncopated synth work that weaves in and out, but the real heart and soul of this record is that warm, touching chord progression. Everything else in the track is masterfully produced to support it, making this rework a standout.

Sarkis Mickael, St. Terrible, Wend – Stay (Mass Digital Remix)

MassDigital is one of those producers who’s already phenomenal on their own but truly shines when reworking a vocal-driven track. “Stay” by Sarkis Michael and others is a perfect example of this.

I love how Mass Digital’s drum production blurs the lines between being punchy and loud enough for the club, while also maintaining a warm, rounded, and intimate feel—perfect for underpinning the vocals in this track. It’s been on repeat for me ever since its release on August 9th and has become a staple in all my DJ sets and playlists.

Wilhelm Richard, Ben Haydie – Sirens & Numbers

Hey, wouldn’t you know it—another beautifully crafted, piano-driven Organic House track with warm percussion, a blissful chord progression, and soaring atmospheres. This time, it’s by Wilhelm Richard and Ben Hady. “Sirens in Numbers” is a track that’s perfect for starting to wrap up and close out this list. It’s a delicate, slower, and more emotionally driven Organic House piece that winds down the energy of this month’s selections. Finding gems like this is incredibly rewarding, especially when you have to dig deep for them.

These producers may not be well-known at the moment, but the music they’re creating is punching far above their weight class. One of my favorite things about this industry is how even small, underground artists can produce some of the best music out there, and Wilhelm Richard and Ben Hady are a prime example of this.

Mondingo, DAHR – Calling Back

To completely wind down this list, I’ve got to mention “Calling Back” from Mondingo, featuring DAHR. This track embodies the intimate, minimal approach that I’m sure you know I love by now. With warm, rolling percussion and delicate pianos, it captures all the best emotional qualities of the Organic House genre.

The track pulls at the heartstrings with beautiful chord progressions that never become loopy or overly repetitive, emphasizing story-driven songwriting in club music—a hallmark of Mondingo’s productions. This is why I keep coming back to his music time and time again.
