Follow our Spotify playlist below to keep tabs on all the tracks we have featured (currently at 165 bangers) in our bass music chart this year:
Ganja White Night, Boogie T – Burnin [SubCarbon]
Ganja White Night appears to be gearing up for their next album and based on “Burnin,” it is going to be another incredible journey across bass music, innovative sound, and boundary-pushing visuals. The reggae-esque vocals from Boogie T never fails to set an unbelievable vibe. Per usual, the music video is on point, telling a powerful yet entertaining story, while be layered with a surplus of wubs.
TRISEKT – Dead Dreamer
One of the most slept on underrated artists in bass music, TRISEKT’s “Dead Dreamer” has the power to take over your mind, body, and spirit, infecting listeners with a dark wave of heavy trap and experimental bass music. The drop in this track is honestly like nothing I have ever heard before, TRISEKT’s sound design is on another level in this track.
Zingara – Shape Shift
A fan-favorite from Zingara’s four-track EP For The Crystral Children, “Shape Shift,” is a pleasant departure from this bass queen’s usual style of wub-fueled bass music. It combines that wubby signature sound with an energetic bass house instrumental for the first-half of the song. However, the tune returns to Zingara’s roots in the second half, bending its audience’s sense of reality by throwing hypnotic lyrics and distorted low-end bass at them.
Deathpact – GATEKEEPER
“GATEKEEPER” marks a pivotal moment for Deathpact, setting the stage for their forthcoming FROM LIGHT chapter in 2025. First debuted at Mission Ballroom, this fan-favorite opens with ominous bells, resounding horns, and haunting whispers before dropping into a thunderous bassline and low-slung hip-hop beat. Layered with angelic harmonies and eerie dialogue, the track delivers a cinematic intensity that solidifies Deathpact’s reputation for groundbreaking soundscapes and ear-shattering bass.
Zeds Dead – Sweet Memories [Deadbeats]
Zeds Dead’s “Sweet Memories,” the lead single from their upcoming album Return of the Spectrum of Intergalactic Happiness, is a masterful blend of nostalgia and euphoria. Opening with a dreamy synth line that builds into a sweeping chorus, the track encapsulates the duo’s signature ability to craft captivating soundscapes. Accompanied by a stunning YouTube visualizer showcasing fleeting, dreamlike moments, “Sweet Memories” celebrates the beauty of life’s everyday experiences.
Subtronics, Alison Wonderland – No One Does It Like [Cyclops Recordings]
“No One Does It Like” fuses Subtronics’ heavy bass energy with Alison Wonderland’s ethereal vocals and signature sound. This track turned heads earlier this year at Alison’s sold-out Red Rocks show and Subtronics’ back-to-back nights at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium. After dropping a buzzworthy drum & bass remix of “Push Up” during festival season, the duo keeps the hype alive with this original collab, blending their styles into something fans of both can’t get enough of.
Mfinity, Saturna – Rewind [Mfinite Records]
If you enjoy closing your eyes and losing yourself to experimental bass music, then you are either already a fan of Saturna or absolutely need to be. His sound design is a needle in a haystack, and the way it makes you feel when listening to each intricate layer is truly special. “Rewind” is a reflection of his project, as Saturna teams up with Mfinity to build new sonic realms.
CloudNone, Direct – haze [Dream Running]
Speaking of new and undiscovered sonic realms, CloudNone is another artist who is just as much of an explorer as he is a producer. Listen to his new five-track fading EP and you will understand what I mean. Joining forces with Direct, “haze” is a standout on the project. It is a go-to song whenever you are feeling overwhelmed with life and need to center yourself. Filled with relaxing and meditative soundscapes, this track is a beautiful adventure into an extremely chill but mysterious universe of electronica.
Buku – TWM [Memory Palace]
Buku is a veteran and legend in the bass music community, and for good reason. Every track he releases brings an emphatic level of energy and something new to the table on the production side. His new track “TWM” stands for
“Together With Me.” The title is obviously open to interpretation but I would like to think it is designed to get down and dirty with your rave squad, hence the togetherness. It is a melting pot of genre, weaving techno, underground bass, and hair-raising dubstep into a festival banger.
NITTI, Mad Kelly – Control (GTFU) [ALT/RAVE]
NITTI unleashed “Control (GTFU)” this past month, a powerhouse collaboration with Nu Metal and Alt Rock artist Mad Kelly, embodying ALT/RAVE’s mission to drive rocktronic music into the future. The track kicks off with scorching electric guitar riffs and thunderous drums, setting the stage for Mad Kelly’s commanding vocals.
As the energy builds, Kelly’s rallying cry to “take back control” triggers a massive drop, blending dubstep and riddim with unrelenting intensity. The accompanying music video elevates the track’s raw energy, featuring Mad Kelly in handcuffs, electrifying performances with a hyped crowd, and frenzied scenes of destruction in a rage room.
YDG – Echo [HypnoVizion Records]
“Echo” marks YDG’s debut on Rezz’s label HypnoVizion and is a serious standout on the imprint. The track masterfully blends haunting melodic dubstep elements with bass-heavy breaks, creating a seamless evolution of sound. With wobbling synths, sharp vocal chops, and an intense energy that peaks in the final moments, “Echo” showcases YDG’s innovative production style. It is a perfect reminder to his growing impact on bass music.
LAYZ, Kozmoz – Twisted [Kannibalen Records]
Taking the crown when it comes to the most hype bass music track released in November, LAYZ and Kozmoz’s “Twisted” will make you want to throw your head through a brick wall. It catapults unrelenting dubstep and a perfectly placed vocal hook in your face until your body goes numb and you are no longer in control of it. This is a must-have for any DJ who is trying to start a mosh pit. Just be careful because you may end up with a riot on your hands instead.
Zingara, Steller, Maurice Brown – Rhythm of Life
Dynamic producers Zingara and Steller teamed up for “Rhythm of Life,” a collaboration featuring GRAMMY-winning trumpeter Maurice Brown. Also part of For The Crystal Children EP, the track seamlessly blends her bass-driven style with Steller’s signature funk-inspired grooves. Released amidst Zingara’s fourth national headlining tour and Steller’s recent success with her FUNKSTEP! EP, “Rhythm of Life” highlights their evolving artistry and energetic synergy. This vibrant fusion of bass, funk, and jazz-infused elements underscores the creative prowess of two rising forces in bass music.
VEIL – EVENT HORIZON [Street Ritual]
VEIL’s inaugural album HIGH VOLTAGE delivers a multisensory journey, blending powerful music and stunning visuals to tell the story of AZAL, a character navigating the limitless dimensions of THE HOLLOW. Each track unveils a new chapter of AZAL’s destiny as she masters the ability to bend and reshape realities.
A standout on the album, “EVENT HORIZON,” encapsulates the project’s boundary-pushing ethos with its mind-bending, robotic basslines and relentless energy. Paired with immersive visuals from 5/9 and Towr Media, the track pulls listeners deeper into THE HOLLOW, offering a transformative experience that perfectly captures VEIL’s genre-defying vision and creative depth.
Ecraze, DYNO – Back to Back (THRASHA Remix) [Bad Medic Records]
Blending underground rap, trap, and earth-shaking riddim, THRASHA’s remix of Ecraze and DYNO’s “Back to Back” is a surefire crowd igniter. Featuring DYNO’s hard-hitting verses, adrenaline-pumping buildups, and explosive dubstep drops, this track is built to fuel mosh pits and energize dance floors at any rave or festival.
