A new feature is crediting remixers for their influence on the music world. The platform announced that artists’ remixes tracks will finally be included in the their monthly stream count.
“For the first time, streams your remixes will count towards your monthly listeners,” . “This update applies to all songs with a remix credit dating back to the beginning 2015.”
In addition, song titles and stream numbers remixers can be featured on an artist’s prile in the “Latest Release” and “Popular” sections, along with being included in Spotify for Artists song stats.
