Wide-Eyed includes features from a plethora of amazing vocalists and future bass producers: , , and to name a few. The most remarkable thing about this album, however, is not the music. Yes, I know I sound crazy, but hear me out. This album’s biggest attribute is the way it makes you feel, while listening to it. does a phenomenal job of creating a feeling for the listener.
Whether it is sadness, loneliness, or pure bliss, you will definitely experience something while listening to this emotionally charged album.
Now back to the music. Although it is mostly future bass, Wide-Eyed pulls inspiration from a variety of genres. Tracks like “Mixed Signals” and “Hold Me Closer” give off pop dance hall -esque vibes. “Over Getting Over You” and “Pray For Me” highlight a darker, trap inspired sound. Most notably, “Show and Tell”, “Beautiful” and “Superstar” are ’s bread and butter. They are all euphoric, future bass ballads with majestic vocals.
