This week, we’re welcoming Fabian Balino to the Magnetic family!
Fabian makes his debut with “Return To Her,” a laid-back progressive house track that leans heavily into organic instrumentation. Describing the track himself, he says it’s “about following a call—whether it’s from a person, place, or idea—and trusting your instinct to pursue it.” The deep, emotive chords and melodies are his way of reconnecting with what brings him joy, and hopefully, you’ll feel that same connection when you listen.
Originally from Uruguay and now based in New York City, Fabian has built a reputation for crafting melodic house tracks that blend groove with what he calls “celestial elements.” He’s a regular on the Sound Avenue label group and we’re thrilled to have him on board. If “Return To Her” is any sign, there’s a lot to look forward to.
Fabian is also known for his live sets, which he says “flow from downtempo melodic vibes to tribal house, and from progressive to deep house.” You can catch him behind the decks at NYC spots like PHD Dream Downtown, XVI Rooftop, and 1Oak.
