Massive Attack have introduced a brand new tour to rejoice 21 years since they launched ‘Mezzanine’.
XX1, which can tour by Europe in February and March 2019, will use “customized audio reconstructed from the unique samples and influences.”
The Bristolian journey hop group will go to their hometown, London, Glasgow and Manchester as a part of the tour, which Robert Del Naja, aka 3D, describes as a “personalised nostalgia nightmare head journey” and says is "a one-off piece of labor.”
The tour will function the Cocteau Twins’ Elizabeth Fraser, who will be heard on 1998 monitor ‘Teardrop’. More collaborators are to be introduced at a later date.
Pre-sale tickets will probably be accessible for chosen exhibits from 10am on October 31, whereas normal sale tickets will probably be accessible from November 2.
