DMZ and Deep Medi Musik boss Mala will officially relaunch his I&I Music imprint, which released his white label classics 'In Luv' and 'Alicia', with a new single, titled 'Word & Sound.'

The track sees Mala join forces with singer Natty and acclaimed poet Benjamin Zephaniah, who linked up following an introduction from a mutual friend in Akala's camp

According to Mala, the track "explores the unsaid power to have an impact and create change through the conscious vibration of music."

He continues, "In these dark times, this is a tune that promotes positivity and connection through unseen unification. Out of the darkness comes light.”

More releases are slated for release on the label, with Mala informing us to "expect some new and old DMZ era bits."
