It’s almost time for one of the biggest events of the year. This one’s for fans of the funky EDM stylings of Grant Kwiecinski. For the fifth year running GRiZ and his live band will return to the Masonic Temple in Detroit, Michigan for two days of holiday cheer. And how do we know? Well the incredibly entertaining video from GRiZ himself, included at the bottom of this article!
The video is almost seven minutes long and chronicles the journey of a desperate promo team trying to find GRiZ for his GRiZMAS promo shoot. Their search takes them from Grant’s house, to his studio, a favorite coffee shop, a yoga studio, to a park where they meet a man dressed in hippie garb. He tells the desperate duo he can lead them to GRiZ and uses a smoking bundle of herbs and a crystal to send them on a psychedelic journey to find their friend.
Do the boys find GRiZ in time for his promo shoot? Or are they still lost, wandering around the city trying to find their long lost boss? Either way we do know a few details. The first day will host the full live band while the 15th will be a regular GRiZ show. There is also some discussion of a new GRiZ album, so get your hopes up!
