Italian producer and DJ Francesca Lombardo has partnered with Vermont-based non-profit organisation One Tree Planted to launch her LIFE OF RELEAF campaign.
$1 from every physical copy of her 'Life of Leaf' album sold her store will go towards the project; one tree will be planted for every album sold.
All donations will go specifically to One Tree Plant's California Project.
The vinyl and CD versions of 'Life of Leaf' were only previously available in Rough Trade, but they will be widely available for purchase through Francesca's online store. Physical copies will land in record stores internationally from October 4.
"We must take care of our Mother. She has given us shelter, water, food, air, and everything we need to survive, she has loved us and nurtured us. Now it’s time for us to learn how to change and take care of her like she did with us," says Lombardo.
