Spotify, the worldwide music streaming entity, faces an enormous lawsuit. A former gross sales government, Hong Perez, has filed a lawsuit in opposition to Spotify. There are rather more allegations all through the doc. One instance describes a male worker getting promoted after a grievance cited him for sexual harassment. Another states that the Head of Human Resources thought it was “acceptable to inform an all-hands assembly that his favourite curse phrase is ‘c#nt’”.
In a press release given to Variety, Spotify mentioned “We don't tolerate discrimination of any form at any degree. While we can't touch upon the precise particulars of a pending litigation, these claims are with out advantage.”
