Their hard work has surely allowed them to reach their full potential, as well as building up a large profit. Without their work, dance music wouldn't be what it is today.

The first Dj that was announced to be the highest paid DJ in the world, as of today, is huge hitmaker, Zedd. After recently releasing his new single, “Happy Now,” Forbes magazine revealed that he has made over $100 million, and $22 million in the past year alone. You wouldn't even be able to imagine that this star was once paid only $3.5 million dollars annually for his previous works and performances. He is surely deserving of this great profit for being such a talented music creator. His hard work has surely paid off in the end.

Next on the list is music dance-pop star, Calvin Harris. He is known for creating hit singles such as “This is What You Came For” and “We Found Love” that both feature Rihanna. For his Vegas shows alone, he makes about six figures easily; for his festival performances, he makes about seven figures. If you add them up together you can imagine what a large amount of money that can be. Behind him is DJ duo, “The Chainsmokers.” It is no surprise that these two artists are on this special list. Since their smash hit “Closer,” these boys have been making their way up to the top ever since it's initial release. According to Forbes, the boys make about $45.5 million for their work and performances annually.
