Following the tragic passing of Keith Flint - the rave legend and former frontman for the long-lasting UK group, The Prodigy - Elton John has introduced that he'll pay tribute to the late singer throughout this week's episode of his 'Rocket Hour' present on Apple's Beats 1 radio service.

For the present's preview, Elton John tells his listeners: “I am opening the present with ‘Firestarter’ to pay tribute to Keith Flint, who handed away. What a disgrace. What a seminal file, what a seminal group they're or had been. I don’t know in the event that they’ll proceed, however once I first heard that and noticed the video I simply thought, 'wow, what is that this?!' Such a tragedy. My condolences to Keith’s household and the band. They are one of the unique teams to return out of England...ever.”

The Prodigy's beloved bandmate was discovered lifeless from an obvious suicide at his dwelling in Dunmow, Essex, on the morning of March four. He was 49 years previous.

Keith Flint's rave-induced power, high-octane sound and unparalleled stage presence touched each nook of clubland. Over every week after his passing, tributes to Flint proceed to pour in from quite a few aspects of the music business and past.
