There's no two methods about it. If you are a fan of bass music, you have heard of Calcium by now. Despite remaining predominantly nameless behind his mysterious skeleton branding, Calcium is an artist who calls for the highlight in 2019 along with his hard-hitting, face-melting dubstep data.

Drawing affect from the darkest undercurrents of bass music, Calcium's sound is one you may be fast to recognise after his “Skull Vault” EP drops as we speak on NSD's Black Label. Amongst the tracks on the EP is “Comply” – a bouncy, squelchy instance of the producer's stand-out sound design. It's no recent information that dubstep could be one of many trickier genres during which to push boundaries, however Calcium achieves simply that with “Comply”. It's his distinctive tackle the traditional ‘riddim' sound with added enthusiasm and creativity; respiratory new life in to the style.
