What's going on Dance music Fans! Thanks for tuning into yet another episode of EDMsauce.com's Artist of the Week Series. Today we are bringing you incredible up and coming duo Karel & Xojani for our next artist of the week! They bring awesome pop-house vibes that are both ready for radio play and festival rinsing. 
Their newest record, Dancing, which came out on July 20th, was produced with Valentin, who if you remember, helped bring you Lucas Prata's Smash hit, “And She Said”. Take a listen below on Spotify!
In 2017, Karel teamed up with XoJani for their upbeat electro track, “We Get High”, which spread across the globe, pouring into the nightclub and DJ scene, supported by the biggest dance music artists and topping the billboard/dance electronic charts for twelve entire weeks. Originally, that project released under Karel Ullner's self-titled project. We Get High peaked at #4 on the Billboard Dance Club Songs chart and #42 on the Hot Dance/Electronic Songs Chart.
Born in Finland and raised in New York, Karel & XoJani started out in rock bands and electronic music production. The duo always had a tendency to soak up new influences and explore new styles. Karel describes his creative process as inspired by images and films, making the approach to songwriting more visual. XoJani contrasts Karel by approaching music through dance and lyrics.
We got a chance to sit down with the duo and got to talk to them about their thoughts on their newest record:
