Dreem Teem's DJ Spoony will host the third instalment of his 'Garage Classical' series at the Royal Albert Hall on October 24.

The show, which transforms UK Garage classics into orchestral pieces, debuted in 2017 at the Liverpool International Music Festival, with guest performances from Kele Le Roc, Elizabeth Troy and Sweet Female Attitude.

This year, Spoony reconnects with composer and conductor Katie Chatburn from the Ignition Orchestra, who arranged last year's 'Garage Classical' show at the Barbican.

The performance will be accompanied by a 12-track live album, entitled 'DJ Spoony presents Classical Garage', which will be released September 6 and can be pre-ordered here.

Describing the process behind this year's show, Spoony explains, “When I first heard the orchestra, there were three things I wanted to do: Bring the new compositions to London. Get it recorded for an album and the ultimate 'Dreem' if all went according to plan was to perform at the Royal Albert Hall...needless to say I'm smiling and very proud. I cannot explain how delighted I am writing this.”

General tickets for the live performance can be purchased on the Royal Albert Hall website.
