Innervisions label boss Dixon has announced that a new Âme LP will arrive next year. The producer announced two releases via an informal Instagram post on Resident Advisor’s feed. The snapshot bears the caption: “Best Thursday morning in a looooooooong time. In our Studio with Henrik and Frank. Listening to bits & pieces of the new LPs from Âme & Schwarzmann. 2017 is going to be incredible.”
The post shows Dixon seated in Innervisions’ studio with Frank Wiedemann and Henrik Schwarz, the production duo behind Schwarzmann. Wiedemann, together with Kristian Beyer, also produces under the Âme moniker.

The 2017 LP will be the first Âme album in 13 years, a follow up to 2004’s excellent ÂmeCD. Though Schwarz and Wiedmann are well known in their own regards, their live sets together at Awakenings and HYTE events have inspired a cult following. The forthcoming Innervisions LP will be their debut studio release.
Collaborations between the rotating crew at Innervisions are always cause for excitement, as the label’s reputation for high quality releases and innovation has solidified into legacy. If recent releases from Recondite and an unbelievable crossover Essential Mix earlier this year are any indication, 2017 will indeed be an incredible year for the crew.
