Talks are underway to launch a posthumous album of unheard music from Avicii.

Collaborator and shut good friend, Aloe Blacc, confirmed in a latest interview that the DJ’s mother and father and label are working collectively to create an album filled with unreleased tracks.

"There are a number of songs left,” mentioned Blacc, who featured on Avicii’s number one hit ‘Wake Me Up’ again in 2013.

“I consider the document label is working along with his mother and father and the property to discover a method to carry these unreleased songs to the general public. But for me there’s no rush – I would depart that along with his mother and father."

This comes after Avicii's A&R mentioned the late star's new materials was his "greatest in years".

Disco legend Nile Rodgers can be rumoured to characteristic on the album, after revealing he has ‘at the least’ 10 songs recorded with the Swedish DJ.

“I used to be very near Tim,” Rodgers mentioned throughout a latest interview.

“The music we didn’t put out was extraordinary.”

Avicii's dying shook the music trade again in April, when he died on the age of simply 28.

No launch date has been revealed but for the posthumous album.
