RÜFÜS DU SOL Signs DJ Residency With Wynn Las Vegas

Following the release of their hit album Bloom in 2016, RÜFÜS DU SOL, pka RÜFÜS, has been hard to pin down. Traveling from country to country and venue to venue to perform with their full live band, it’s always been an experience to see them hit the stage.

Now, they’ve signed a DJ residency with Wynn Las Vegas to bring their roots back to bigger rooms.

“As producers who tour and perform as a live band, we don’t often get the chance to DJ in big rooms and push that element of what we do, because we’re so focused on touring the full band show,” RÜFÜS DU SOL’s James Hunt says. “We started out playing in clubs and so much of what we do is influenced by DJ culture, so it’s exciting to be able to take it back to the clubs and be given a residency to push our style of music. We’re going to have a lot of fun.”

RÜFÜS DU SOL will perform in the evenings at Encore Beach Club, surely making for a vibe-filled atmosphere that is as groovy as it is delightful. They’ll make their residency debut Saturday, June 9, with at least two more performances Saturday, July 7, and Friday, Oct. 5.
