In an exciting development for ravers this week, the Prime Minister of Thailand met with the CEO of the world-renowned music festival Tomorrowland to discuss hosting the festival in Thailand in 2026. The meeting, held at Government House, focused on how the festival could bolster Thailand’s tourism industry and showcase the country’s vibrant culture to a global audience.

Moreover, the Prime Minister emphasizes the importance of hosting the event in Thailand, citing the desire for the country and its people to have a deep involvement in the festival, to ensure the most significant impact on the Thai nation.

“Continuing the idea that was initiated since the time of Prime Minister Srata to bring one of the world-class music festivals in Thailand, which is currently under study and preparation,” she stated.

“Thailand is not just an ‘event venue,’ but we will be the ‘heart of the event’ by the government. We want that in every sector, every event of the festival, there are elements of Thai culture and Thai people as much as possible so that Thai people can get the most benefit from this event.”

As discussions progress, both parties remain optimistic about the collaborative efforts required to ensure that Tomorrowland Thailand 2026 can be a groundbreaking event, further solidifying Thailand’s position as a premier destination for global entertainment. With its reputation for hospitality and celebration, Thailand is ready to become the next home for one of the world’s most iconic music festivals.
