We caught up with the studio mates when they came together for ‘Get Up’ that quickly became a Beatport House Music Essential. Get to know their story that consists of Rod working with artists such as Axwell, Bob Sinclar, Huxley, Kolombo and Roger Sanchez, while Ron opens up about soulful house and his 25-years producing music.

With over two decades in the music scene, Midnight Society is a prolific DJ and producer whose tracks and mixes have graced more than thirty record labels, including Stealth Records and Nervous Records. DJ Izee also known as producer Jasper Erdman, is a talented Dutch artist hailing from Rotterdam. First Lady
Born and raised on the south side of Chicago, First Lady is a pioneering force in the music industry. As a radio and television personality, Billboard Award-winning Program Director, and the first female DJ to play House Music on the radio, she has shattered glass ceilings throughout her 35+ year career. Notably, she was part of the first all-female House DJ team, The Fantastic Four, and the first female mixer on Chicago radio (WGCI-FM 107.5).
With a history of hosting #1 shows in major markets like New York and Chicago, First Lady has collaborated with industry heavyweights and received numerous accolades, including induction into “The Frankie Knuckles Lifetime Achievement Award DJ Hall of Fame.” Her influence extends to prestigious organizations and events like the Super Bowl Gospel, Amsterdam Dance Music Festival, and St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Milk Bar
Milk Bar is an Italian DJ/producer duo formed in 2019 by industry veterans Marcello Lepore and Silvio Carrano. Combining their skills to bridge old and new school sounds, they use house music as their unifying force. Their breakout track “Manhattan” has garnered over 5 million streams on Spotify and topped the Beatport House Chart, marking a significant milestone for the duo.

Tyago, from Helmond, Netherlands began his journey at just 14, spinning records at local parties. Captivated by the vibrant club scene, he landed his first DJ gig at 16, drawing inspiration from a diverse range of genres including Disco, Euro electropop, and the rich legacies of Chicago house and New York garage. Known for his eclectic sets, Tyago masterfully blends deep house, jackin house, and tech house, using effects to infuse his unique sound with color and texture.
Tuby Rubber
Since 1999, Tuby Rubber has been a dynamic presence in the DJ scene, captivating audiences at prestigious events like the Official Venice Carnival in Piazza San Marco, the Venice Boat Show, the Venice Film Festival, and the Hard Rock Cafe in Venice. His talent has also taken him internationally, performing at the Moon Beach Club in Benidorm, Spain, and during Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE).
As a music producer, Tuby started with groove-boxes and drum machines, skillfully evolving his sound by integrating modern software and VSTs. He has achieved notable success, securing two first-place rankings on Traxsource in the Electro House and Minimal Deep Tech categories. In 2024, he co-founded Misty Cuts Records and Nasty Cats Records with Gabriele Congedo, focusing on Deep House and Deep/Minimal Tech, respectively.

DJ VAL is Chicago’s longest-running female DJ, a true powerhouse who has thrived in the music industry despite life’s challenges. Starting her journey in 1973 at an after-school latchkey program, she quickly rose to spin at some of the trendiest clubs both in Chicago and around the globe. Throughout her illustrious career, DJ VAL has not only entertained crowds week after week but has also bravely battled Graves’ disease, bladder cancer, and thyroid cancer, embodying the spirit of a true superstar DJ.
Recognized by the Architects of House as one of the 100 most influential DJs in the Chicago House Music scene from 1975 to 1995, she showcases an eclectic range of genres, including EDM and house. With an incredible track record, DJ VAL holds the unique distinction of three consecutive 16-plus-year club residencies at Cadillac Jacks, Marianna’s, and Studio 31. In addition to her DJ career, she has owned her own Internet Radio Station.
