Filmmakers Jennifer Washington and Kristian Hill are presently elevating funds Kickstarter for his or her new documentary God Said Give 'Em Drum Machines: The Story of Detroit Techno.

For the previous seven years, Washington and Hill have been researching and documenting the lives of seminal Detroit techno pioneers comparable to Juan Atkins, Kevin Saunderson, Derrick May, Eddie Fowlkes, Blake Baxter and Santonio Echols.
