Three men have been indicted for the murder Montgomery rapper Doe B., three years after the rapper was gunned down.
Doe B. was one three people that were killed in the shooting rampage, which also injured eight other people.
According to AL.com, Darius Thomas, 28, has been indicted on capital murder charges, two counts murder, reckless murder and three counts first-degree assault.
Another man named Jason McWilliams was hit with reckless murder and first-degree assault charges in the shooting, which took place in December 2013.
Police said the men shot Doe B. after he allegedly refused to help them enter the Centennial Bar and Grille. The three murderers eventually gained entrance to the bar and an altercation ensued with Doe B.
McWilliams began shooting into the crowd, while Darius Thomas shot from a stairwell.
The men also killed a 21-year-old college student named Kimberle Johnson and a man named Timnarius Hamilton in the wild shooting spree.
McWilliams was previously charged with two counts capital murder, but a grand jury opted to indict him on one count
