The City that never sleeps has been a staple in the EDM community since the early years of Pacha and Webster Hall. As time has progressed and new venues have come and gone, few have been able to prove as a cornerstone for the community. Clubs like Output (formerly more underground) has taken in some more mainstream artists to accommodate for the lack of venues that play to the audience along with the opening of Schimanski and Space (Space did not last very long). Until a player came along and helped revolutionize the dance music industry as we know it in New York City, The Avant-Gardner. Accompanied by a warehouse feel, the indoor venue welcomed the likes of Alesso this past winter for a show to remember. Now, with warm weather upon us, they have opened there Mega-Rooftop “The Mirage”. Coming off a weekend that brought the Tri-State area Armin Van Buuren for a show that proved the venues prominence, they are gearing up to welcome none other that Axwell^Ingrosso, formerly of Swedish House Mafia.

The Brooklyn Mirage is the outdoors summer season portion of the Avant Gardner events venue in E. Williamsburg. It features a large courtyard, thousands of tropical plants, elevated towers with views, modular staging, and immersive A/V capabilities.

Coming off an insane throwback Swedish House Mafia set at Ultra Miami, 2/3 of the supergroup with blessing the stage at The Mirage this weekend for, sorry, a SOLD OUT SHOW.
