Outside Lands Will Host 420-Friendly Experience Dubbed Grass Lands

Outside Lands is returning to San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park on August 10-12, 2018. This year they’ve unveiled their plans for the first ever Grass Lands at Outside Lands making it the first time that a major music festival in the US will host a 420-friendly event. Grass Lands is a 21+ event that focuses on the celebration, education, and integration of cannabis products into daily life.

The event will host many vendors. However, no cannabis or cannabis products will be available for purchase. Also, marijuana consumption is not allowed at the event. Festival attendees WILL be able to learn through assisting “budtenders” about THC, CBD, and other marijuana products. In addition, there will also be a “Smell Wall” for everyone to smell different strains of marijuana from.

Ultimately, an event of this magnitude finally coming to fruition comes as no surprise as many US states have been legalizing marijuana on a recreational level.
